Price Indication

The prices of the apartment is changeable according to the time of year. The price noted is an indication and can vary with the seasons and public holidays. The exact price of the apartment is shown when you check if your dates are available from the ‘Check Dates’ link button.

If the apartment is available it will have a booking link on the left hand side which states ‘Booking Instant Confirmation‘, the second link connects to the Booking Centre. If your dates are not available there will just be a link to the Booking Centre where you can fill in the form and they will get back to you with alternative apartments.

There is the option to change your dates to see when the apartment is free or you can search the ‘Find Your Apartment‘ box in advance to search for available apartments. The search box is located on the right hand side of the page. You can also use the contact form via the ‘request details’ on the apartment listing page.

When you Book an Apartment, a small deposit will be required to secure your booking, usually about 15 to 20% of the total price. This amount is non-refundable, a requirement by the Agent. A creditcard will be required to make this arrangement and could also be used as a guarantee by the owner as a security in the unlikely event that the apartment is damaged. In this instance no payment will be taken from your creditcard beforehand. Some Owners/Agents prefer the guarantee deposit to be paid in advance, this is then returned when you leave the apartment when the keys are returned.

The full balance of the payment is only paid to the Owner/Agent when you arrive at the apartment/office or agreed meeting place to get the keys. This gives you a good chance to contact the Owner/Agent usually via an email address (details sent with the contract immediately after booking) and to read the contract details in advance of your arrival. It’s a good idea to get your own holiday insurance, especially if you are a group or a family.

If you want to stay for a longer period, in some cases a reduced price can be arranged. This is especially good if you are travelling on business. An apartment can also be a big advantage to save on the price if a certain amount of guests are included, (which is often the case), and any extra guests usually pay a small extra charge per night.

Secure Payment System

Dutch-Rental does not take any payment directly on the site, but is connected to an Agency that is a secure site for payment transactions. The site is protected by Trustware and has an SSL encryption for secure payments and is a member of Rentals-United, Interhome and reviewed by Tripadviser.
